Job Title:

Transportation Logistics Manager

This is a captivating opportunity to take on a challenging role in the transportation industry.

We are seeking a motivated individual who will work across the organization to determine technical needs, goals, and execution plans to develop our existing logistics network.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing logistics programs and coordinating with internal teams to communicate business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and develop programs related to middle mile assets across the network.
  • Build and manage reports around logistics performance metrics.
  • Prepare and coordinate operations calls, business reviews, and workshops as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or other technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of professional transportation, supply chain and logistics, or e-commerce experience.
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.), SQL, and Tableau.
  • Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data.
  • Great communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Solid inter-personal and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience driving end to end program delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
