Transport Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Transport Manager to oversee the daily allocation of freight for our rapidly growing client base. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the transport industry, preferably middle mile road freight forwarding.

  • Manage end-to-end fulfilment processes with transport carriers for our clients.
  • Investigate and resolve issues to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain high service levels while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and train team members.
  • Lead a team under pressure and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
Key Requirements
  • Extensive transport industry experience (ideally middle mile freight forwarding).
  • A strong network of line-haul carriers around Australia would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Practical problem-solving and proactive mindset to find transport solutions for clients.
  • Desire to learn, adapt and grow with the company.
