Logistics Program Manager

We are seeking a talented Logistics Program Manager to oversee the implementation of our middle mile logistics network in Australia.

This role can be based from either our Sydney or Melbourne corporate offices, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans for implementing middle-mile tech tools functionalities and adaptation across carriers.
  • Collaborate with internal tech teams to communicate business requirements and define project scope.
  • Manage programs related to middle mile assets across the network, ensuring efficient asset utilization.
  • Analyze and report on middle network assets, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate operations calls, business reviews, and customer service workshops as needed, fostering open communication.
  • Develop and communicate transportation planning and forecasts with carriers to ensure sufficient capacity.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in supply chain and logistics, transportation, or e-commerce.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Tableau, with ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
  • Strong inter-personal and relationship-building skills, with ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving end-to-end program delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of the organization.
  • Experience in analytics/project/program management and facilitation of large cross-functional teams in business operations and technology process improvement areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
