Are you ready to launch your career in automotive finance? Our client is a major player in the industry and is seeking a Trainee Business Manager to join their team in Melbourne's east.

In this role, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training across finance, insurance, and compliance processes. You will shadow experienced Business Managers, assist with customer transactions, and progressively build the skills needed to step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day F&I operations while you train
  • Assist with finance product presentations and customer service
  • Learn deal structuring and compliance protocols
  • Rotate between locations as needed to support learning and coverage
