Job Title: Senior CSG Salesperson

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CSG Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our Australian Corporate Solutions Group, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing risk management solutions for corporate and public sector clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and structure risk management solutions for clients, working closely with our trading and structuring desks.
  • Develop and execute complex transactions, including hedging and financing solutions, to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit risk and compliance, to ensure effective risk management and governance.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of growing business and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of derivatives and risk management products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective internal and external partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial approach to business origination and development.
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
