Job Description:
The Ministry of Justice seeks a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Policy Support Professional to join its Criminal Justice Unit in the Policy Group. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, and confidence in working with senior management.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, manage diaries, and coordinate documentation for these events
  • Manage multiple inboxes and provide administrative support to the team
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book venues, and organize team events
  • Support recruitment processes and contribute to wider process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, preferably including familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask, reprioritize, and triage tasks as needed
  • Experience working in an Executive Assistant/Support role, preferably in the public sector
