Policy Strategist

As a strategic policy leader, you will spearhead the development and implementation of policies that drive positive change within the courts and justice system. This unit provides expert advice on legal frameworks, systems, and policies that underpin access to justice, family relationships, and the provision of legal services.

• Develop and execute comprehensive policy strategies, providing critical guidance on topical matters and contributing to the formulation of departmental policies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that supports effective policy development.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of policy development, exceptional relationship management skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will also have extensive experience in advisory roles and a thorough knowledge of government processes and public policy principles.
