Role Overview

As Senior Recruiter, you'll drive end-to-end hiring processes for senior and critical engineering roles. You'll work closely with our founder, VP of Engineering, and Head of Talent to build high-calibre teams that will propel us forward.

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across digital and in-person channels.
  • Design and implement efficient recruiting processes that deliver quality candidates and strong candidate experiences.
  • Evolve assessment methods, interview design, and hiring rituals to ensure we're selecting the best fit for our organisation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 7–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in building engineering teams.
  • World-class sourcing skills, including the ability to find and engage high-calibre candidates.
  • A growth hacking mindset, with expertise in using data-driven approaches to multiply impact and quality.
