Senior Disclosure Document Specialist

As a Central Product Disclosure Document Manager, you will lead the management and enhancement of public investments business's suite of disclosure documents and related communications to deliver a robust disclosure document review process.
You will be responsible for planning disclosure updates in collaboration with key stakeholders, including developing project timelines at the outset of each roll ensuring they are accurate, complete and compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies.
You will also maintain accurate records of disclosure documents and related activities and provide guidance on the structure of disclosure documents and the content itself.
This role involves co-ordinating a team of subject matter experts in product, marketing, investment specialists, finance, investment risk, operations, compliance and legal to prepare clear and concise descriptions of investment product features and strategies.
You will partner with marketing and web teams on the publishing of disclosure documents and associated collateral.
Key responsibilities include managing key communication initiatives which can include significant event notices and legislative and/or product-related updates.
A strong understanding of financial products and disclosure requirements is essential for this role. You should have at least three years' demonstrated experience and be degree educated in a relevant field such as economics or finance.
Proficiency in the use of Objective Keystone is preferred. Additionally, you should have excellent collaboration, organisation and communication skills, along with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
