
Public Investment Specialist

As a Disclosure Document Manager, you will play a key role in the ongoing management and enhancement of our public investments business's suite of disclosure documents and related communications. You will be responsible for planning disclosure updates in collaboration with key stakeholders, including developing project timelines at the outset of each roll, ensuring they are accurate, complete and compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies.
You will maintain accurate records of disclosure documents and related activities and provide guidance on the structure of disclosure documents and the content itself. Additionally, you will coordinate a team of subject matter experts in product, marketing, investment specialists, finance, investment risk, operations, compliance and legal to prepare clear and concise descriptions of investment product features and strategies.
Partnering with the marketing and web teams, you will publish disclosure documents and associated collateral. Furthermore, you will manage key communication initiatives which can include significant event notices and legislative and/or product-related updates.
Requirements- A strong understanding of financial products and disclosure requirements with at least three years' demonstrated experience.
- Degree educated in a relevant field such as economics or finance.
- Proficiency in the use of Objective Keystone preferred.
- Ability to be collaborative, organised and coordinate multiple priorities with competing deadlines and meet tight timeframes.
- Exemplary attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
