Our Central Product team needs a skilled professional to support the investment disclosure document production process. You will work closely with senior managers and assist in coordinating cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance our public investments business's suite of disclosure documents and related communications.
- Plan disclosure updates in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring accurate project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of disclosure documents and related activities.
- Guide the structure and content of disclosure documents.
- Coordinate subject matter experts in product, marketing, finance, risk, operations, compliance, and legal to prepare clear descriptions of investment product features and strategies.
- Partner with marketing and web teams on publishing disclosure documents and associated collateral.
- Manage key communication initiatives.
