We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring our products meet quality and safety standards, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across all markets.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with internal teams and supply partners to provide guidance on quality and compliance standards for new and existing products in various markets.
  • Plan and manage testing schedules and costs, including booking tests and assessments with third-party providers and conducting in-house quality tests.
  • Partner with designers and engineers to ensure successful product launches, and work closely with the customer experience team to gather feedback for quality improvements.
  • Contribute to improving quality and compliance frameworks for existing and new markets, including test standards, methods, and evaluation criteria.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers to apply for and renew product certifications in different markets based on demand and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in conducting investigations by providing testing evidence and detailed analysis if required.


Ideal Background:


  • 5+ years of experience in a compliance or quality role, preferably with experience in furniture materials or products, or FMCG, general merchandise, or similar.
  • Understanding of furniture quality standards in different markets, including familiarity with ASTM, EN, ISO, and AS/NZS standards.
  • Proven experience in booking and managing tests and assessments with third-party providers.
  • Skilled in analyzing customer feedback and translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as product specification sheets, and experience in report writing and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
