We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Care Team at Regis Norwood, a warm and welcoming aged care home in Tasmania.

As a Registered Nurse at Regis, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and clients, providing high-quality care and support in a respectful and inclusive environment.

This part-time opportunity involves night duty, mainly Sundays, with approximately 32 hours per fortnight. You will be based at 8 Blenheim St, Norwood TAS, surrounded by local cafes, grocery stores, and green spaces.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Regis, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical care and support to our residents and clients, including safe medication administration and best practice wound care.
  • Actively engaging in handovers with the Clinical Care Team to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents and clients.
What We Look For

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A passion for caring for others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, clients, and colleagues.
  • A valid qualification with current AHPRA registration.
  • An understanding of the AN-ACC funding model and its application in aged care.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
