Bar Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations in Melbourne. As a senior professional, you will be responsible for managing a large team of bartenders and supervisors, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and implementing systems for operational efficiency.

  • Manage and motivate a diverse team of bartenders and supervisors
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and inspire staff to deliver high service standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive product knowledge and service consistency across the team
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior bar management role, strong leadership and mentoring skills, a passion for training and team development, solid operational and organisational abilities, and ambition to grow and progress within the industry.

Achieving customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service is essential in this role. Your ability to lead by example, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a safe working environment is crucial.
