**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Bar Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

As the Sports Bar Manager, your primary focus will be on leading and motivating a team of staff to achieve business objectives while ensuring seamless operations in the sports bar. You will work closely with other teams to develop existing trade through strong incentives for the successful applicant.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum three years' experience in management or supervisory positions, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong skills in TAB/gaming proficiency, cash handling, and system knowledge are essential. Additionally, you should be able to think critically, problem-solve on the go, and possess excellent communication skills to train staff with varying abilities.

The ideal candidate will also possess a Victorian Gaming License, RSA, RSG, and TAB accreditation as mandatory requirements. First Aid and food handling certificates are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control costs, including stock management and cash handling
