Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Services Manager to join our Property Management team at Stockland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practice corporate service experiences that deliver 5-star service to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Direction: Assume full accountability for the strategic direction, financial management, and performance of the Stockland head office tenancy.
- Corporate Experience: Create and maintain a seamless 5-star corporate experience offering, including corporate catering, mail room, reception, facilities, and corporate experience services.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including tenancy floor maintenance and management, to ensure optimal investment and operational performance.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with Stockland stakeholders, suppliers, strategic partners, base building services, and contract partners.
- Financial Management: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Sustainability: Participate in target reduction programs regarding energy, water, and waste.
Requirements:
- Appropriate Tertiary Qualification: Possess an appropriate tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Extensive Property and Asset Management Experience: Have extensive experience in property and asset management, including leading high-performing teams.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving results through influencing and relationships skills, with a strong understanding of financial, risk, corporate service, and operating rhythm acumen.
- ESG Measures: Have knowledge of ESG measures and performance improvement.
- Lease Deal Structuring: Have knowledge of structuring lease deals.
- Strong Analytical and Finance Skills: Possess strong analytical and finance skills, with a strong client focus and ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Negotiation and Influencing Skills: Demonstrate relevant negotiation and influencing skills.
