Urban Water Strategy Coordinator

This is a challenging role that will see you lead the coordination and development of our Urban Water Strategy. The strategy aims to support resilient and liveable communities by delivering safe and sustainable water and wastewater services.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the success of the Urban Water Strategy in delivering high-quality water services to our diverse customer base.

Safety is our top priority, and we expect you to contribute to a 'safety first' culture that supports our aspiration of zero harm.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven ability to plan, organise, prioritise and deliver projects using professional judgement.
  • Understanding of water resource management issues and associated risk management practices and infrastructure planning processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working within broad-based teams, leading working groups or participating in project-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of community consultation processes, customer engagement plans and effective stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing quality written reports, visual presentations and graphical representations for various audiences.
