Mechanical Engineer Career Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Gain knowledge about our products and understand their applications
  • Understand customer value and its impact on manufacturing and supply chain
  • Understand manufacturing processes and drivers of quality, cost, safety, reliability, speed, waste, and delay
  • Apply structured problem-solving to drive continuous improvement within the plant
  • Deliver technical tasks that comply with quality, safety, and project management/engineering procedures and controls to enable completion on time and within scope
  • Effectively contribute to the achievement of team and project goals
  • Carry out work in a safe manner, in accordance with safety procedures
  • Participate in improvement projects
  • Support lean manufacturing initiatives and contribute to 5S and Kaizen activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Demonstrate a safety-first attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Tech savvy and curious, with high learning agility and flexibility of style
  • A desire to grow and develop a long-standing career
  • Previous exposure to engineering is advantageous but not essential
