Job Title

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in designing and building hypersonic flight vehicles and associated support equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your technical expertise to guide the design, development, and testing of complex mechanical systems.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of mechanical components into the overall vehicle system.
  • Analyze and resolve complex mechanical engineering issues that impact project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of engineers.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • Have experience working with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
