About the Production Labourer Role

We are seeking experienced individuals to fill positions as Production Labourers in a boat manufacturing factory in Coomera. Our team is looking for hard working, reliable candidates who can adapt quickly to our fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A willingness to learn with all training provided.
  • Excellent attendance record and reliability.
  • Forklift ticket is advantageous.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Operating machinery, power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Lifting, handling, and folding sheet metal accurately.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Attention to detail and pride in quality of work produced.
