**Job Title:** Night Shift Production Supervisor

Are you a leader with experience in production or manufacturing environments? Do you have a background in food, FMCG, fresh produce or agriculture? We are looking for someone who is comfortable managing night shift operations and early start times, and has a strong grasp of compliance, safety, and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Coordinate all night shift activities including room cleaning, product fills, and production handovers
  • Manage room setups, post-fill assessments, and material flow across the site
  • Oversee waste movements, traffic flow, and customer pickups
  • Ensure equipment readiness and correct placement of machinery before production
  • Lead and coach production staff including operators, cleaners, and shift leads
  • Manage rosters, approve timesheets, and ensure appropriate resourcing
  • Conduct onboarding, training, and regular performance check-ins
**Safety & Compliance:**
  • Drive compliance with WHS protocols and food safety procedures
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain safety records and ensure PPE, risk, and audit standards are met
**Quality & Continuous Improvement:**
  • Monitor quality outputs and investigate non-conformances
  • Ensure production meets regulatory and food safety standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to CI initiatives
  • Monitor shift-based expenses and contribute to cost control
  • Track KPIs and report operational performance to site leadership
**About You:**
  • Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Background in food, FMCG, fresh produce or agriculture
  • Comfortable managing night shift operations and early start times
  • Strong grasp of compliance, safety, and quality standards
