Product Manager - Acquisition Tribe

Temple & Webster is Australia's leading online retailer of furniture and homewares, with a vision to make the world more beautiful, one room at a time.

We're seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic Acquisition tribe within the Product team. Your role will be pivotal in attracting new customers and making product discovery a delightful experience.

As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Experience, Site Merchandising, and external agencies to enhance our B2C digital strategies and drive online growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that align with our B2C goals
  • Analyse and interpret key customer journey metrics across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build product roadmaps, ensuring they support business growth
  • Identify and validate new product opportunities through ideation and insights
  • Engage and inspire cross-functional teams to create products with great user experiences and business benefits
  • Review and approve product releases to ensure they meet best practice standards and support our brand
  • Test new features and functionality before release as needed
  • Stay aware of market and competitor trends to ensure continuous improvements keep us ahead
  • Continuously identify and capitalise on opportunities to enhance customer experience
  • Ensure product offerings comply with regulations, legislation, and internal policies
  • Lead A/B testing and other performance analyses to refine marketing campaigns and enhance ROI
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital product management or a related role, preferably in an eCommerce/online retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and cross-collaboration skills
  • Experience in digital marketing, specifically knowledge in SEO best practices is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • The ability to translate customer and business needs into products that deliver user experience and positive commercial outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving problems
  • Ability to drive product strategy and execution in alignment with business goals
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
