The role of Strategic Partnership Manager is a critical one, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the education sector. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing high-level projects, programs, and initiatives that enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Conducting research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making, preparing briefing materials and reports to support senior management and external stakeholders.
- Engaging with schools, regions, and the wider community to build effective networks and collaborations, driving student achievement and excellence in teaching and leadership.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess substantial knowledge and understanding of the Western Australian public education system, with experience in planning and coordinating complex initiatives and managing cross-divisional projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and delivering system-wide strategies to improve student outcomes, ensuring policy, resources, and services are aligned to meet educational goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, staff, and external partners.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and planning, with experience in applying conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and networks across diverse groups.
- High-level written communication skills, with extensive experience in preparing correspondence, reports, and policy documents.
