As a Team Leader in Adult Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality and safe support to vulnerable individuals within our community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and mentoring Support Workers to provide exceptional care and support
  • Leading a team of Support Workers to achieve service delivery excellence
  • Developing and implementing effective administrative processes and procedures
