Dealing with external customers means we get to develop our external stakeholder engagement skills.Supportive team leaders and a friendly and approachable team.Access to sensitive information and protected databases requires extra caution with handling and operating in them.Making sure the information you provide to Sheriff's Officers is clear and correct, as quality is a key focus point.Answering calls from Sheriff Officers out in the field, as well as assisting Creditors and Solicitors via phoneAction correspondence from the Courts, Creditors, Solicitors and Sheriff Officers.You will be rostered in between 7am – 7:30pm.There are a range of different tasks that you can complete so there is a lot of variety throughout the day.
What are the challenges?
Access to sensitive information and protected databases requires extra caution with handling and operating in them.Making sure the information you provide to Sheriff's Officers is clear and correct, as quality is a key focus point.Applications are now closed.
