Responsibilities:

• Analyse solution requirements and assist in the completion of requirements and specifications.
• Continuous attention to technical excellence and good design
• Features developed/configured meet expectation for performance, business value and user experience
• Maintain supported systems in accordance to operational and security standard
• Operational support duties (e.g. Service requests, work orders etc) are performed in accordance to obligation.
• Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities that enables positive business value operational process are adhered to
• Provide analysis, and risk assessment for system changes.
• Ensure cross functional knowledge is established and maintained in alignment to supported products.
• All downstream impacts to technical systems and business processes are considered and/or appropriate downstream staff are properly engaged for comment.
• Raise any production environment security breaches, and recommend improvements to production environment security

Required Skills & Specialisms:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT Bachelor degree or a related discipline required
- Knowledge of Scripting, Databases, Web, SCM, Operating System
- Experience with Incident Management tool (Service Now, Remedy) and Test Management tools (HP QC, ALM).
- Excellent Defect Management, support experience for various test cycles including Functional and UAT.
- Preferable experience the following areas: Applications Development, Solution Architecture, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance and Support.
- Solid experience in technical Application Development and Operations, IT Infrastructure implementations, IT Projects & IT Security compliance (Hands On).
- Experience in solution consultancy, analyse functional requirements to produce optimized technical specifications and designs.

Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Solution Designer to join our team. As a Junior Solution Designer, you will be responsible for designing solutions to meet customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet customer expectations.

This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of AU$130000.00 - AU$150000.00 per annum, plus an annual bonus, superannuation, and other benefits.
