Job Overview

  • This position is responsible for leading technical discussions with potential customers and guiding them through the process of designing and implementing customized solutions that meet their business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cloud technologies, including Amazon Connect, SaaS applications, and enterprise-level solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and scope customized solutions for clients.
  • Develop detailed proposals for new client solutions.
  • Clearly explain technical ideas to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Maintain technical expertise and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends.
  • Partner with implementation teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building, migrating, and deploying complex cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong technical background in cloud technologies, including Amazon Connect, SaaS applications, and enterprise-level solution architecture.
  • Experience implementing and supporting AWS environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into comprehensive technical solutions and detailed project estimates.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
