About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Australian Pharmaceutical Industries. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and driving the successful delivery of strategic merchandise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Governance and Delivery: Ensure timely, within-budget, and scope-compliant delivery of merchandise projects, playing a vital role in the success of project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage and manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and support.
  • Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks that could impact project success, ensuring proactive solutions are in place.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in project management, specifically delivering business or digital portfolios, programs, or projects.
  • Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage diverse project resources, driving effective change.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lean/Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members, valuing their ideas and contributions.
  • Significant experience managing vendor partners in onshore, offshore, and hybrid environments.
  • Strong skills in gathering information and tailoring communications for diverse audiences.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
