Key Responsibilities

You will assist the manager in corporate services, undertaking student-related activities such as providing information, advice and collecting documents for enrolment of new students.

  1. Provide effective administrative support with strong attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
  2. Demonstrate experience in financial processes and procedures, including handling debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and preparing financial returns.
  3. Showcase your skills in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
  4. Display good verbal and written communication skills and experience in customer service principles and practices.
  5. Highlight your good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
