Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI powered engineering expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering function, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of AI assisted tools and capabilities across our global engineering community.

You will work closely with our top engineers and AI experts to develop and implement solutions that improve the engineering experience and productivity. This includes experimenting with emerging AI technologies, providing feedback and insights from real-world testing, and delivering robust and reusable solutions that integrate seamlessly into other teams' workflows and products.

As an AI powered engineering expert, you will also be responsible for contributing to architectural discussions, proposing improvements, and role modeling standards and best practices. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, maintain high-quality code bases, and assist in documentation for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions using AI/ML and Gen AI applications.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, or C#) and experience developing microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).
  • A keen interest in researching new AI tooling and daily use of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Continue, GitHub CoPilot, Aider, Cline, etc.
  • Strong technical leadership skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to solve business-critical problems.
  • Ability to provide technical direction to teams, reviewing designs and code to ensure best practices.
