Focused on innovation, best practices, and collaboration, we seek an experienced Technical Product Owner to work with global engineering teams.

We are providing over 7,000 engineers with world-class AI-powered engineering tools and capabilities, unlocking their potential and increasing productivity.

Our team is passionate about working across the organisation to unlock the potential of these tools and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional squads to deliver AI-powered engineering product suites, providing clear delivery plans and transparent reporting.
  • Own and execute the product roadmap, prioritising backlog items and orchestrating discovery and incremental releases.
  • Partner with engineering squads, AI researchers, platform teams, and risk/compliance to assess use cases and scale proven capabilities.
  • Translate customer and developer needs into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring robust telemetry and continuous improvement.
  • Navigate complex enterprise environments, aligning stakeholders and managing risks and regulatory considerations associated with AI use.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and improve delivery predictability and velocity.
  • Establish product health metrics and socialise outcomes through executive-ready updates and storytelling.
  • Maintain currency on AI advancements and work with engineering to apply them pragmatically to solve real developer experience challenges.

About You:
  • Experienced leader with strong collaboration, communication, and reporting skills, effectively communicating technical updates.
  • Proven Product Owner who has delivered complex digital or engineering-enablement products in large organisations, ideally with AI- or developer-platform exposure.
  • Comfortable in technical environments and able to engage with engineers on topics such as CI/CD, testing, SDLC, and platform tooling.
  • Fair working knowledge of AI concepts and application in engineering, with a genuine passion for technology.
  • Experience working within risk, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks a plus; able to balance innovation with responsible AI and controls adherence.
  • Innate bias to action.
  • Skilled in Agile delivery and product discovery, with hands-on experience in backlog management, roadmap definition, and OKR-driven outcomes.
