About the Role We are seeking a Principal AI Solutions Engineer to drive enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives within our organisation.
This role will suit someone with deep expertise in Microsoft's Data & AI ecosystem and a proven ability to bridge business needs with cutting-edge technical execution.
You will lead the design and delivery of intelligent AI solutions - including autonomous agents that streamline workflows and enhance decision-making - leveraging tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Open AI, and advanced AI frameworks.
This is a hands-on lead role, providing architectural oversight while still contributing to solution design, development, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end AI architectures using Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, and Cognitive Services.
Develop and deploy intelligent AI agents with frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and Lang Chain, integrated with enterprise applications Drive data engineering initiatives, building scalable pipelines and lakehouses with Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Data Factory.
Implement MLOps best practices including CI / CD, model lifecycle management, and monitoring with Azure Dev Ops / Git Hub Actions.
Ensure compliance with Responsible AI , security, and governance frameworks within Azure Purview and Microsoft Compliance Center.
Partner with stakeholders across business and technology functions to deliver solutions that achieve measurable business outcomes.
About You You are a forward-thinking AI leader with a passion for scalable, secure, and impactful AI solutions.
You combine deep technical expertise with the ability to communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders and influence strategy.
Core Competencies AI / ML Engineering with Azure ML, Azure Open AI, and Cognitive Services.
AI Agent development using Semantic Kernel, Lang Chain, Azure AI Assistants.
Data Engineering (Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Data Factory).
Integration with enterprise platforms and Power BI.
Strong understanding of MLOps / Dev Ops within Azure / Git Hub.
Knowledge of governance, compliance, and Responsible AI.
Technical Skills Languages : Python, SQL, DAX, Power Shell Platforms : Azure Machine Learning, Azure Open AI, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Frameworks : Semantic Kernel, Lang Chain, Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Scikit-learn Cloud : Microsoft Azure (certified) Certifications (preferred) Azure Solutions Architect Expert Azure AI Engineer Associate Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Why Join Us?
