Culturally Responsive Community Health Worker

This role offers a chance to contribute to providing culturally responsive care for our local Aboriginal communities.
As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Aboriginal consumers and be connected with the local Aboriginal community.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in health or management related field, or equivalent work experience.
You will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of complex issues that impact on the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team in performing a range of skills within allocated timeframes.
