Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dessert Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dessert shop. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and effectively communicate with a team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing store cleanliness and presentation, ensuring that all golden standards are upheld at all times. They will also work closely with the Chocolate Cafe Manager to assist with people-related tasks, including training, development, and coaching.

To succeed in this role, you must be energetic, positive, and guest-focused with a can-do attitude. You will be required to work flexible hours to suit your lifestyle and/or study schedule.

Requirements
  • Previous supervisor/management experience of minimum 1 year is essential
  • Previous hospitality or retail experience is essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and effectively communicate with a team
  • Energetic, positive, and guest-focused with a can-do attitude
