Junior Dessert Shop Staff Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our dessert shop team as a Junior Front of House & Back of House staff member.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience working in a dessert shop or related industry.
  • Previous experience in Front of House roles involving coffee, smoothies, shakes, and frappe or in Back of House roles involving churros, pancakes, crepes, and waffles.
  • Must be passionate about their job and always looking to improve and learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency in work.
  • Compliance with food and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of customers and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
