HR Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality recruitment support and generalist HR services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support for recruitment campaigns and employee lifecycle processes;
  • Assisting with onboarding, full employee lifecycle and offboarding processes;
  • Supporting hiring managers and HR Business Partners with recruitment queries;
  • Delivering workforce analytics and value-add projects;

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;
  • Relevant experience in HR or recruitment within a complex organisation;
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and recruitment/HR systems;

Benefits:

  • Salary $75,531-$87,514 gross per annum pro rata plus 12% superannuation;
  • Permanent, Full-Time, or Part-Time positions available (minimum 4 days);
