Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for people and a knack for intricacies of the ever-evolving workplace? We're on the lookout for a driven HR Advisor to work in a team that offers support, mentor and guidance to enable you to become a true HR generalist.

Reporting to the HR Manager - Operations, this role provides HR advice and support to our operational managers and employees in a wide variety of areas:

- Interpretation and clarify of conditions of employment and industrial instruments including Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards to employees and people leaders.
- Advise and support grievance and dispute resolution in accordance to policies and procedures
- Full cycle of recruitment and other talent related activities
- In conjuction with HR Manager - Operations, support learning and development activities and other Peoplea nd Culture projects aligned with TMHA strategy.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to operational management in relations to HR related items.
- Advise Branch management on appropriate strategies or action required to deal effectively with recruitment, staff performance, conduct or disciplinary matters issues that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Certificate IV in HR
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Sound HR generalist experience within a blue collar industry is desirable but not neccessary
