Job Opportunity

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all areas within our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service, actively engaging with patrons to create an exceptional guest experience.
  • Support the management team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, fostering a positive team culture and promoting a winning mentality.
  • Assist with various operational tasks, including stock management, reporting, compliance, and administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably in busy restaurants, pubs, or bars.
  • Possess RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics qualifications, with a strong understanding of liquor laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrate passion for creating memorable experiences for guests and contributing to a vibrant atmosphere within the venue.
