Senior Venue Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Venue Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff management, rostering, and on-shift management. They will also be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Manage up to 30 staff members, including training, development, and performance management.
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including restaurant, bar, and functions management.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue while controlling costs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer experiences through superior service and quality.
- Quality and Service: Maintain high standards of quality and service across all areas of the business.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in hospitality management, preferably in a senior role.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certification essential.
- First aid certificate and approved managers certificate preferred but not essential.
