About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Digital and Content Leader to join our Corporate Affairs team at Transgrid. As a Senior Manager - Digital and Content, you will lead a newly formed team and drive the digital communications and content strategies for both internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital communications and content strategies to engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee content creation across multiple channels, including social media, email, and website
  • Drive engagement and strategic alignment with overall business objectives in the digital channels
  • Blend data and creativity to optimise content performance
  • Use storytelling to drive strategic outcomes and stay across industry trends to incorporate innovative ideas into content creation
About You

We are looking for an established digital and content leader with a strong track record in communications, marketing, public relations, social media or related field. You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level in communications, marketing, public relations, social media or related field
  • High level written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills to inform, influence, persuade and motivate
  • Ability to liaise, consult, negotiate and network with senior managers
  • Ability to successfully meet competing deadlines, influence outcomes to accomplish organisational objectives and effectively manage project teams to meet timelines and outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of issues and provide relevant input in analysis of business needs
