Outbound Logistics Coordinator

This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate movement of products from distribution centers to retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transportation tracking systems and be proficient in MS Office.

The successful candidate will provide updates and recommendations regarding product delivery, shipment accuracy, and cost control. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement tactical operational strategies and course correct for planned and unforeseen events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor transportation flow of all retail orders
  • Direct 3PL facilities for store-related deliveries
  • Coordinate with DC, Ecom, and vendor teams to ensure domestic and cross-border Ecom orders meet guest SLAs
  • Work closely with Allocation Planning, Merchandising & Inventory Control to prioritize and track retail allocations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years related experience in Logistics or Outbound Operations
  • Knowledge of transportation tracking systems
  • Proficient in MS Office platform (Access, Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced Excel skills a plus
