We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated team at Tasmania, Australia. As an OEM-certified repairer for major automotive brands, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer experiences.

The role of the Customer Service Officer will involve ensuring a welcoming and customer-friendly environment, greeting customers upon arrival, and keeping them updated throughout the repair process. You will also be responsible for managing communication via phone and email, assisting with inventory management, and liaising with insurance providers.

Key responsibilities include:
