Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Experience Manager to lead the design and implementation of customer journey designs for new digital services and products.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in using design thinking methodologies to create customer journeys, storyboards, and service design blueprints that bring the customer experience to life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing customer journey designs for new digital services and products
  • Mapping end-to-end journeys and associated insights and analysis
  • Working across product lines to ensure seamless and well-coordinated customer interactions and experiences
  • Translating customer needs and business goals into compelling interactive customer journeys and subsequent business requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in design thinking methodologies and customer journey mapping
  • Experience in planning, prioritizing, documenting, and leading development of customer experience elements across product, operations, and support disciplines
  • Credible presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information and gain support from leadership teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear assessments and recommendations
