Customer Experience Research Specialist Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Research Specialist to join our Design team. As a key member of the Digital Team, you'll help create great customer experiences by conducting user research and advocating for a user-centric approach.

**Job Summary:**

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing user research strategies to inform design decisions. This includes conducting qualitative and quantitative research using various methods, such as focus groups, surveys, usability testing, and card sorting. Additionally, you'll mentor and coach team members in research techniques and advocate for a research culture and user-centered design approach within the team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent presentation and collaboration skills, with experience in helping make strategic decisions during product development
  • (Optional) Bachelor's degree in a human-related field, such as Psychology or HCI
