We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HCM Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with customers through product and implementation expertise.
- Configure the Workday solution and demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems.
- Assist clients in testing activities and help convert legacy data into Workday.
- Work with the Integration team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
- Understand and apply Workday's Implementation Methodology on all engagements.
- Deliver successful project outcomes and develop lasting client relationships.
- Participate in regular training to expand product knowledge with each new Workday release.
- Mentor and share product and industry knowledge with other consultants.
- 5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects.
- 5+ years of experience with one or more of the following HCM solutions: Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking.
- Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
- Experience across a variety of industries (e.g. Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Education, Government).
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to acquire, hold, and maintain an Australian Government security clearance to the required level.
