Hydraulic BIM Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic BIM Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services industry, with expertise in hydraulic design drafting and modeling.
Key Responsibilities- Create accurate and detailed hydraulic services designs drawings and models to current Australian standards and authority codes.
- Evaluate and ensure that drawings and models meet supplied specifications and applicable standards, both internal and external.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Proven experience working within the building services industry as a hydraulic design drafter is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software is required.
- BIM processes and other software proficiency is advantageous.
- Attention to detail when modeling and producing drawings for accuracy and presentation.
- Excellent knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and building regulations.
- Able to work independently and complete drawings and models from a design brief.
- Able to conduct client meetings and on-site measures if requested.
- Commercial construction knowledge is crucial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
