Key Hydraulic Engineering Position

To excel in hydraulic engineering, this role requires expertise in technical leadership and strategic direction. The ideal candidate will lead complex projects with innovation and growth, leveraging their knowledge of hydraulic design and building services engineering.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute hydraulic engineering plans that ensure quality assurance and meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive business development.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering collaboration and performance improvement.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and technical panels, showcasing thought leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • High-level expertise in hydraulic building services engineering, design documentation, and project management.
  • 15+ years of experience in Australian building services projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects across sectors.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, train, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and codes.
  • Understanding of BIM, NavisWorks, and Revit MEP is advantageous.
