Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic BIM Technician to support our team in delivering high-quality projects. As a key member of our Building Services discipline, you will be responsible for producing hydraulic services designs, drawings, and models that meet current Australian standards and authority codes.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate drawings and models are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience working within the building services industry as a hydraulic design drafter.
  • Solid knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software.
  • Knowledge of BIM processes and other software is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail when modelling and producing drawings for accuracy and presentation.
  • Excellent knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and building regulations.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and complete drawings and models from a design brief.
  • Ability to conduct client meetings and on-site measures if requested.
  • Excellent commercial construction knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
