Key Responsibilities:- Unlock clients' full potential and deliver unmatched value.
- Own the entire customer journey, including onboarding, training, ongoing support, and renewal.
- Consult and support clients in implementing and adopting digital processes within their organisation.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Hold regular check-in calls, business reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate data of client touch points and report on client health.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the application and how clients use it.
- Represent the voice of the client internally and ensure customer feedback informs product development and feature prioritisation.
- Improve the Client Success team through projects and initiatives.
- Experience in construction or construction technology.
- 2+ years as a Client Success Manager in a construction technology SaaS company.
- End-to-end customer lifecycle experience, from onboarding to account management.
- Ability to take initiative and get involved in every aspect of the business and customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, using analytical skills to devise solutions delivering business value.
- Organised with a high attention to detail.
- Process driven with the ability to work in a team and as a self-starter.
