Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional resident experiences through food preparation and service, in-room service, and maintaining clean dining areas.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with the Head Chef and other members of the Hotel Services team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare, plate, and serve delicious food to residents with a friendly customer service attitude.
  • Maintain excellent safety awareness, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Turnover dining room areas, including equipment and table settings, ready for the next session.
  • Welcome residents with a friendly and helpful attitude, making mealtime a highlight and social occasion.

This role involves physical activity and fast-paced tasks with a lot of variety. You must be able to perform these tasks safely without risk of injury to yourself, colleagues, or residents.

Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, catering/events, and/or customer service.
  • A fun, friendly, and compassionate working style and attitude to support residents.
  • Strong workplace safety behaviors, ability to follow set procedures, and good communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve, work with limited supervision, and think on your feet.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
